Disengage and remove the lower clip at the rear of the fender flare.
4.
Install the NEW screw grommet into the hole in the sheet metal under the fender flare.
5.
Use the NEW self-tapping screw to secure the lower fender flare.
6.
Reassemble in reverse order of disassembly.
