Repair Procedure
1. Confirm the condition.
Cold soak the vehicle in sub-freezing temperatures.
Is the clutch pedal slow to return to its fully released position?

YES - Go to step 2.

NO - This TSB does NOT apply. Refer to the applicable Repair Manual for diagnosis.
2. Replace the transmission upper cover assembly clutch accumulator assembly clutch release tube clutch hose flexible hose bracket and clutch tube
No.2 bracket (see Figure 1).

3. Confirm the repair.
