a. Connect the intelligent tester to the DLC3.
b. Turn the ignition switch ON.
c. Enter the following menus: DIAGNOSIS/OBD/ MOBD/BODY/DTC INFO.
d. Check the DTCs on the tester screen.

Without Scan Tool

TOYOTA does not provide a procedure for Reading Trouble Codes Without Scan Tool.

With Manufacturer's Scan Tool

CLEAR DTC 

a. Connect the intelligent tester to the DLC3.
b. Turn the ignition switch ON.
c. Erase the DTCs by following the prompts on the tester screen.
d. Enter the following menus: DIAGNOSIS/OBD/ MOBD/BODY/DTC INFO.
