With the Diagnostic Tester connected to DLC3, use the OBD/MOBD function in the DIAGNOSTIC application to access the OCCUPANT DETECT
menu items. Follow the screen flow to complete Zero Point Calibration.

NOTE:

Before performing Zero Point Calibration and Sensitivity Check verify the following:

The seatback pocket is empty.

^

Nothing is placed on the seat.

^

Nothing is placed under the seat.

^

Correct seat position per Diagnostic Tester instructions.

If ZERO CALIBRATION fails, check for DTCs and diagnose per repair manual instructions in the Technical Information System (TIS). Following any
repairs, repeat Zero Point Calibration and Sensitivity Check.
