a) Install the gasket and brake master cylinder assembly together with the brake simulator assembly with the 4 nuts.

Torque: 12.7 Nm (130 kgf-cm, 9 ft. lbs.)

b) Connect the connector, and engage the clamp.

c) Use the SST to fully tighten the 2 brake tubes.

SST 09023-00101
Torque: 15 Nm (155 kgf-cm, 11 ft. lbs.)

2. INSTALL MASTER CYLINDER PUSH ROD CLEVIS

a) Apply lithium soap base glycol grease to the push rod pin.

b) Install the push rod clevis to the brake pedal support assembly with the push rod pin and a new clip.

3. INSTALL BRAKE PEDAL RETURN SPRING

4. INSTALL RESERVOIR TUBE NO.2

a) Install the reservoir tube No.2 with the clip.

5. INSTALL RESERVOIR TUBE NO.1

a) Install the reservoir tube No.1 with the clip.
