Radiator Cooling Fan Motor Relay: Testing and Inspection
COOLING FAN RELAY
ON-VEHICLE INSPECTION
1. CHECK COOLING FAN RELAY NO.1
a) Remove the relay from the fusible link block.
b) Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table.
Standard Resistance
If the result is not as specified, replace the cooling fan relay N0.1.
c) Install the relay to the engine room No.1 relay block.
2. CHECK COOLING FAN RELAY NO.2
a) Remove the relay from the fusible link block.
b) Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table.
Standard Resistance
If the result is not as specified, replace the cooling fan relay NO.2.
c) Install the relay to the fusible link block.
