Repair Procedure

1.

Access the DTC Freeze Frame Data on the Diagnostic Tester.

2.

Print copies of the following and keep with the hard copy of the repair order:

DTC (P0A7A) Freeze Frame Data

^

Information Code (325) Freeze Frame Data

3.

Inspect the Freeze Frame Data Lists and confirm that the criteria shown are met.

NOTE:

If ANY of the criteria above are different than specified. this TSB does NOT apply. Proceed with the diagnostic instructions outlined for DTC
P0A7A in the Repair Manual.

4.

Proceed with replacement of the inverter assembly, as outlined in the Technical Information System (TIS), 2006 model year Highlander HV
Repair Manual: P310 Hybrid Vehicle Control: Inverter with Converter: Removal/Installation.
