c. Connect the 2 power steering ECU assembly connectors and securely lock the connectors.

d. Install the ground cable terminal to the power steering ECU assembly with the bolt.

Torque: 6.0 Nm (61 kgf-cm, 53 inch lbs.) 

2. INSTALL INVERTER BRACKET NO.5 

a. Install the inverter bracket No.5 to the power steering ECU assembly with the bolt. 

Torque: 10 Nm (102 kgf-cm, 7 ft. lbs.) 

3. INSTALL ENGINE COMPARTMENT SIDE COVER LH
4. CONNECT CABLE TO NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL
5. PERFORM INITIALIZATION

HINT:  Some systems need initialization when disconnecting the cable from the negative battery terminal. 

6. INITIALIZE ROTATION ANGLE SENSOR AND CALIBRATE TORQUE SENSOR ZERO POINT.
