16. CONNECT PARKING BRAKE CABLE ASSEMBLY NO.3

a. Install the parking brake cable assembly No.3 with the nut.

Torque: 6.0 Nm (61 kgf-cm, 53 inch lbs.) 

17. SEPARATE REAR DISC BRAKE CALIPER ASSEMBLY

a. Remove the 2 bolts, and separate the rear disc brake caliper assembly.

NOTICE:  Use a wire or an equivalent to keep the brake caliper from hanging down by the flexible hose.

18. REMOVE REAR DISC
19. INSPECT REAR AXLE HUB BEARING LOOSENESS
20. INSPECT REAR AXLE HUB RUNOUT
21. INSTALL REAR DISC

22. INSTALL REAR DISC BRAKE CALIPER ASSEMBLY

a. Install the rear disc brake caliper assembly with the 2 bolts to the rear axle carrier.

Torque: 78 Nm (795 kgf-cm, 58 ft. lbs.) 

23. INSTALL REAR AXLE SHAFT NUT

a. Using a chisel and a hammer, stake the axle shaft nut.

24. INSTALL REAR WHEEL

Torque: 103 Nm (1,050 kgf-cm, 76 ft. lbs.) 

25. ADJUST REAR WHEEL ALIGNMENT
