3. Using a scraper, remove any excess or protruding adhesive.

NOTE:  Do not drive the vehicle for the amount of time described in the table.

HINT:  Apply adhesive on the glass rim.

6. INSTALL WINDSHIELD MOULDING OUTER UPPER

a. Place a new moulding onto the vehicle body and tap it by hand.

7. INSTALL WINDSHIELD OUTSIDE MOULDING NO.1 CLIP

a. Using an air riveter or hand riveter with nose piece, strike rivets into the body panel to install the windshield outside moulding clip No.1 to the

body panel.

NOTE:
-

If the rivet is not positioned perpendicularly, it will bend the mandrel.

When trigger is then pulled, it may damage the rivet's mandrel.
