Installation

U151E AUTOMATIC TRANSAXLE: AIR COOLED OIL COOLER: INSTALLATION

INSTALLATION

1. INSTALL OIL WITH HOSE COOLER ASSEMBLY

(a) Install the oil with hose cooler assembly with the bolt and the nut.

Torque: 7.0 Nm (71 kgf-cm, 62 in-lbf)

HINT: After temporarily tightening the bolt, fully tighten the nut and then bolt.

(b) Connect the 2 oil cooler hoses and install the 2 hose clamps.

2. INSTALL FRONT BUMPER ASSEMBLY

3. ADD AUTOMATIC TRANSAXLE FLUID
4. INSPECT AUTOMATIC TRANSAXLE FLUID See: Service and Repair/Procedures

5. INSPECT FOR TRANSAXLE FLUID LEAK
