Applicability

Introduction

Some 2008 - 2010 model year Highlander and Highlander HV vehicles may exhibit a rattle pop or click noise when operating the driver or passenger
front window glass. In some cases the front window may be found inoperative. This may be due to the window mounting tabs being damaged. Use the
following repair information to correct this condition.

NOTE

Before performing repair, confirm that this condition is not related to the window runs, window regulator, or motor. This condition only pertains to
the front driver or passenger glass where the window mounting tabs have become damaged.

Production Change Information

This TSB applies to all 2008 - 2010 Highlander and Highlander HV vehicles produced BEFORE the Production Change Effective VINs shown.
