Radiator Cooling Fan Motor: Service and Repair
Removal
2GR-FE COOLING: COOLING FAN MOTOR: REMOVAL
REMOVAL
1. REMOVE RADIATOR ASSEMBLY AND FAN ASSEMBLY WITH MOTOR

2. REMOVE FAN ASSEMBLY WITH MOTOR See: Radiator/Service and Repair/Removal and Replacement/Removal
3. REMOVE FAN
(a) Remove the 2 nuts and 2 fans.
4. DISCONNECT COOLING FAN MOTOR CONNECTORS
(a) Disconnect the cooling fan motor connectors.
5. REMOVE NO. 1 COOLING FAN MOTOR
(a) Remove the 3 screws and fan motor.
6. REMOVE NO. 2 COOLING FAN MOTOR
(a) Remove the 3 screws and fan motor.
