SEAT: SEAT HEATER CONTROL (for Manual Seat Type RH Side): REMOVAL
REMOVAL
1. DISCONNECT CABLE FROM NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL
CAUTION: Wait for 90 seconds after disconnecting the cable to prevent airbag deployment See: Body and Frame/Interior Moulding
/ Trim/Dashboard / Instrument Panel/Air Bag(s) Arming and Disarming/Service and Repair.
NOTE: When disconnecting the cable, some systems need to be initialized after the cable is reconnected. See: Testing and
Inspection/Programming and Relearning/Repair Instruction - Initialization
2. REMOVE FRONT SEAT HEADREST ASSEMBLY
HINT: Use the same procedure for the RH side and the LH side See: Body and Frame/Seats/Service and Repair/Front Seat Assembly (for
Manual Seat)/Removal.
3. REMOVE FRONT OUTER SEAT TRACK COVER
HINT: Use the same procedure for the RH side and the LH side See: Body and Frame/Seats/Service and Repair/Front Seat Assembly (for
Manual Seat)/Removal.
4. REMOVE FRONT INNER SEAT TRACK COVER
HINT: Use the same procedure for the RH side and the LH side See: Body and Frame/Seats/Service and Repair/Front Seat Assembly (for
Manual Seat)/Removal.
5. REMOVE REAR OUTER SEAT TRACK COVER
HINT: Use the same procedure for the RH side and the LH side See: Body and Frame/Seats/Service and Repair/Front Seat Assembly (for
Manual Seat)/Removal.
6. REMOVE REAR INNER SEAT TRACK COVER
HINT: Use the same procedure for the RH side and the LH side See: Body and Frame/Seats/Service and Repair/Front Seat Assembly (for
Manual Seat)/Removal.
7. REMOVE FRONT SEAT ASSEMBLY
HINT: Use the same procedure for the RH side and the LH side See: Body and Frame/Seats/Service and Repair/Front Seat Assembly (for
Manual Seat)/Removal.
8. REMOVE SEAT HEATER CONTROL SUB-ASSEMBLY
(a) Disconnect the 2 connectors.
(b) Disengage the 2 clamps and remove the seat heater control sub-assembly.
Installation

INSTALLATION
1. INSTALL SEAT HEATER CONTROL SUB-ASSEMBLY
(a) Engage the 2 clamps and install the seat heater control sub-assembly.
(b) Connect the 2 connectors.
2. INSTALL FRONT SEAT ASSEMBLY
