Installation

ENGINE HOOD / DOOR: POWER BACK DOOR TOUCH SENSOR: INSTALLATION

INSTALLATION

1. INSTALL POWER BACK DOOR SENSOR ASSEMBLY

(a) Install the power back door sensor assembly with the 4 bolts and engage the 2 clips.

Torque: 1.2 Nm (12 kgf-cm, 11 in-lbf)

(b) Connect the connector.

2. INSTALL BACK DOOR TRIM PANEL ASSEMBLY See: Body and Frame/Doors, Hood and Trunk/Trunk / Liftgate/Service and

Repair/Reassembly

3. INSTALL ASSIST STRAP ASSEMBLY See: Body and Frame/Doors, Hood and Trunk/Trunk / Liftgate/Service and Repair/Reassembly

4. INSTALL ASSIST STRAP HOLE COVER See: Body and Frame/Doors, Hood and Trunk/Trunk / Liftgate/Service and Repair/Reassembly

5. INSTALL BACK DOOR LOCK COVER See: Body and Frame/Doors, Hood and Trunk/Trunk / Liftgate/Service and Repair/Reassembly

6. INSTALL BACK DOOR TRIM COVER LH See: Body and Frame/Doors, Hood and Trunk/Trunk / Liftgate/Service and Repair/Reassembly

7. CONNECT POWER BACK DOOR ROD See: Body and Frame/Doors, Hood and Trunk/Trunk / Liftgate/Service and Repair/Reassembly

8. INSTALL BACK DOOR SERVICE HOLE COVER LH See: Body and Frame/Doors, Hood and Trunk/Trunk / Liftgate/Service and

Repair/Reassembly
