Introduction

Some 2008 - 2010 vehicles may exhibit a condition where the front window makes a popping noise when operating up or down. The pop noise is heard
after the window comes in contact with the door check. The door check has been modified to prevent contact. Use the following repair information to
address this condition.

Warranty Information

APPLICABLE WARRANTY

^ This repair is covered under the Toyota Comprehensive Warranty. This warranty is in effect for 36 months or 36,000 miles, whichever occurs first,

from the vehicle's in-service date.

^ Warranty application is limited to occurrence of the specified condition described in this bulletin.

Production Change Information

This TSB applies to all 2008 - 2009 CBU (WMI = JTE) built vehicles produced BEFORE the Production Change Effective VINs shown.

This TSB applies to all 2010 NAP (WMI = 5TD) built vehicles produced BEFORE the Production Change Effective VINs shown.
