REMOVAL
1. REMOVE COLUMN COVER
a. Remove the 3 screws.
b. Remove the column cover.
2. REMOVE POWER TILT AND TELESCOPIC SWITCH
a. Remove the screw.
b. Remove the power tilt and telescopic switch.
