CAUTION

to prevent damage to the internal attaching clip, use extreme care when removing the seat track covers. (See illustration).

Remove rear attaching bolts.

^

Move the seat rearward until it reaches the seat track stops and remove the 2 front seat track covers and attaching bolts.

^

Detach the power seat wire harness connector located under the seat cushion (see illustration).

^

Remove seat from vehicle using care to protect the leather material and the seat cushion protector.

^

Place seat on a bench top with suitable cloth between the seat and the bench top.

^

Remove seat back board by removing the 2 attaching screws and pulling the seat back board downward (see illustration).

DISASSEMBLE SEAT COMPONENTS:

Remove the plastic side cover by removing the 3 attaching screws and disengaging the plastic attaching clip.

Note:

the front 2 screws are the machine screw thread type while the rear screw is the self tapping type (see illustration).
