Disconnect wire harness connector for seat belt warning system, driver's side only (see illustration).

Carefully spread apart the 3 hog rings using diagonal pliers. Detach the hog rings and side seat back material from the seat back frame. Save hog
rings since they will be reused (View A).

Note:

If seat is equipped with adjustable side bolsters, remove the rotating adjuster knob located on the outboard side of the seat (View B).

Pull the cover material away from the seat back and remove the 2 bolts from the seat back frame (View C).

Remove the 2 plastic clips that attach the cushion protector to the lower seat frame. Pull apart the hook & loop securing strips, remove and save
the cushion protector for resemble (see illustrations).

Note:

Inspect the cushion protector for damage and replace it if necessary.

Remove the 2 bolts (inner side of seat only) attaching the seat slide housing (nonpainted silver colored part) to the slider. Rotate slider housing 900
away from the normal mounting position (this permits seat track to slide freely and permit access to the seat track attaching bolts, see illustration).
