Removal and Installation

1.

Loosen caliper bolts, then slide caliper upward. Remove brake pads and hardware.

2.

Disconnect brake hydraulic line from caliper.

3.

Remove caliper retaining bolts, then the caliper.

4.

Reverse procedure to install, then bleed brake system.

Remove caliper.

2.

Fabricate block of wood to dimensions shown in Fig. 11.

3.

Remove snap ring and boot, Fig. 9.

4.

Position block of wood between pistons, then remove pistons using compressed air.
