Air Door Actuator / Motor: Service and Repair
Removal

HEATING / AIR CONDITIONING: AIR INLET CONTROL SERVO MOTOR: REMOVAL

1. PRECAUTION

2. TURN FRONT WHEELS TO FACE STRAIGHT AHEAD

3. DISCONNECT CABLE FROM NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL

CAUTION:
Wait at least 90 seconds after disconnecting the cable from the negative (-) battery terminal to disable the SRS system    See: Restraint
Systems/Air Bag Systems/Service Precautions.

4. RECOVER REFRIGERANT FROM REFRIGERATION SYSTEM   See: Service and Repair

5. DISCONNECT SUCTION PIPE SUB-ASSEMBLY   See: Housing Assembly HVAC/Service and Repair/Removal and Replacement/Air

Conditioning Unit/Removal

6. DISCONNECT LIQUID PIPE SUB-ASSEMBLY   See: Housing Assembly HVAC/Service and Repair/Removal and Replacement/Air

Conditioning Unit/Removal

7. DISCONNECT HEATER WATER HOSE OUTLET   See: Housing Assembly HVAC/Service and Repair/Removal and Replacement/Air

8. DISCONNECT HEATER WATER HOSE INLET   See: Housing Assembly HVAC/Service and Repair/Removal and Replacement/Air
