Fuel Gauge Sender: Service and Repair
Installation

2ZR-FE FUEL: FUEL SENDER GAUGE ASSEMBLY: INSTALLATION

1. INSTALL FUEL SENDER GAUGE ASSEMBLY

(a) Install the fuel sender gauge assembly by sliding it downward.

NOTICE:
Do not damage the wire harness.

(b) Connect the connector of the fuel sender gauge assembly.

NOTICE:
Make sure that the fuel sender gauge arm does not bend.

2. INSTALL FUEL SUCTION TUBE ASSEMBLY

(a) Install the fuel suction tube assembly to the fuel tank assembly    See: Powertrain Management/Fuel Delivery and Air Induction/Fuel

Pump/Service and Repair/Overhaul/Reassembly.

3. CONNECT CABLE TO NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL

4. INSPECT FOR FUEL LEAK   See: Powertrain Management/Fuel Delivery and Air Induction/Testing and Inspection
