Clutch Pedal Assembly: Service and Repair
Removal

CLUTCH: CLUTCH PEDAL: REMOVAL

1. REMOVE UPPER INSTRUMENT PANEL SUB-ASSEMBLY

   See: Body and Frame/Interior Moulding / Trim/Dashboard / Instrument Panel/Service and Repair/Removal and Replacement/Upper Instrument
Panel/Removal.

2. SEPARATE MAIN BODY ECU (INSTRUMENT PANEL JUNCTION BLOCK)

(a) Remove the 3 screws and separate the main body ECU.

3. DISCONNECT CONNECTORS

(a) Disconnect the clutch pedal switch connector.

(b) Disconnect the clutch switch connector.

4. REMOVE CLUTCH MASTER CYLINDER PUSH ROD CLEVIS WITH HOLE PIN

(a) Remove the clip and hole pin to remove the clevis from the clutch pedal sub-assembly.

5. REMOVE CLUTCH PEDAL SUPPORT SUB-ASSEMBLY

(a) Remove the 2 nuts, bolt and clutch pedal support sub-assembly.
