DOOR LOCK: BACK DOOR LOCK: REMOVAL

REMOVAL

1. REMOVE BACK DOOR CENTER GARNISH See: Service and Repair/Disassembly
2. REMOVE BACK DOOR SIDE GARNISH LH See: Service and Repair/Disassembly
3. REMOVE BACK DOOR SIDE GARNISH RH See: Service and Repair/Disassembly
4. REMOVE BACK DOOR TRIM BOARD ASSEMBLY See: Service and Repair/Disassembly
5. REMOVE BACK DOOR LOCK ASSEMBLY

(a) Disconnect the back door lock control cable sub-assembly.

(b) Disconnect the rod as shown in the illustration.

(c) Disconnect the connector.

(d) Remove the 3 bolts and back door lock assembly.
