(a) Install the radiator reserve tank sub-assembly with the 3 bolts.

Torque: 7.0 Nm (71 kgf-cm, 62 in-lbf)

5. INSTALL FRONT BUMPER ASSEMBLY

6. INSTALL GENERATOR ASSEMBLY (for 2ZR-FE)

HINT:  Refer to the instructions for Installation of the generator assembly  See: Starting and Charging/Charging System/Alternator/Service
and Repair/Removal and Replacement/Installation.

7. INSTALL GENERATOR ASSEMBLY (for 2AZ-FE)

HINT:  Refer to the instructions for Installation of the generator assembly  See: Starting and Charging/Charging System/Alternator/Service
and Repair/Removal and Replacement/Installation.

8. INSTALL FRONT WHEEL RH

Torque: 103 Nm (1050 kgf-cm, 76 ft-lbf)

9. CONNECT CABLE TO NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL

10. REMOVE CENTER COWL TOP VENTILATOR LOUVER See: Brake Fluid/Service and Repair
11. FILL UP BRAKE FLUID RESERVOIR See: Brake Fluid/Service and Repair
12. BLEED BRAKE MASTER CYLINDER See: Brake Bleeding/Service and Repair
13. BLEED BRAKE LINE See: Brake Fluid/Service and Repair
14. BLEED BRAKE ACTUATOR See: Brake Bleeding/Service and Repair
15. INSPECT BRAKE FLUID LEVEL See: Brake Fluid/Testing and Inspection
16. INSPECT FOR BRAKE FLUID LEAK
17. INSTALL CENTER COWL TOP VENTILATOR LOUVER See: Brake Fluid/Service and Repair
18. INSPECT ACTUATOR USING TECHSTREAM  See: Testing and Inspection/Brake Actuator (w/ VSC)
19. PERFORM YAW RATE AND ACCELERATION SENSOR ZERO POINT CALIBRATION  See: Antilock Brakes / Traction Control
