Radiator Cooling Fan Motor: Service and Repair
Removal
2AZ-FE COOLING: COOLING FAN MOTOR: REMOVAL
REMOVAL
1. REMOVE RADIATOR ASSEMBLY
HINT: See: Radiator/Service and Repair/Removal
2. REMOVE NO. 2 FAN
(a) Remove the nut and No. 2 fan.
3. REMOVE FAN
(a) Remove the nut and fan.
4. REMOVE NO. 2 COOLING FAN MOTOR
(a) Detach the 4 harness clamps from the fan shroud.
(b) Remove the 2 screws and cooling fan motor insulator.
