Installation

PARKING BRAKE: PARKING BRAKE SWITCH: INSTALLATION

INSTALLATION

1. INSTALL PARKING BRAKE SWITCH ASSEMBLY

(a) Connect the connector to the parking brake switch assembly.

(b) Install the parking brake switch assembly to the parking brake lever assembly with the screw.

Torque: 0.9 Nm (9 kgf-cm, 8 in-lbf)

2. INSPECT BRAKE WARNING LIGHT See: Brakes and Traction Control/Parking Brake System/Adjustments
3. INSTALL FRONT UPPER CONSOLE BOX See: Body and Frame/Interior Moulding / Trim/Dashboard / Instrument Panel/Service and

Repair/Lower Instrument Panel/Installation
