(a) Temporarily install the front lower suspension arm LH to the front suspension crossmember with the 2 bolts and nut.
NOTE: Because the nut has its own stopper, do not turn the nut. Tighten the bolt with the nut secured.
HINT: Fully tighten the 2 bolts after stabilizing the suspension.
2. TEMPORARILY INSTALL FRONT LOWER SUSPENSION ARM LH (for Manual Transaxle)
(a) Temporarily install the front lower suspension arm LH to the front suspension crossmember with the 2 bolts and nut.
NOTE: Because the nut has its own stopper, do not turn the nut. Tighten the bolt with the nut secured.
HINT: Fully tighten the 2 bolts after stabilizing the suspension.

4. CONNECT FRONT LOWER SUSPENSION ARM LH See: Ball Joint/Service and Repair/Installation
5. CONNECT FRONT LOWER SUSPENSION ARM RH
HINT: Perform the same procedure as the LH side.
6. CONNECT FRONT STABILIZER LINK ASSEMBLY LH See: Stabilizer Bar/Service and Repair/Front Stabilizer Bar/Installation
7. CONNECT FRONT STABILIZER LINK ASSEMBLY RH
HINT: Perform the same procedure as the LH side.
8. CONNECT TIE ROD END SUB-ASSEMBLY LH See: Steering/Steering Gear/Service and Repair/Installation
9. CONNECT TIE ROD END SUB-ASSEMBLY RH
HINT: Perform the same procedure as the LH side.
10. CONNECT NO. 1 STEERING COLUMN HOLE COVER SUB-ASSEMBLY See: Steering/Steering Gear/Service and Repair/Installation
11. CONNECT NO. 2 STEERING INTERMEDIATE SHAFT ASSEMBLY See: Steering/Steering Column/Service and Repair/Removal and
Replacement/Installation
12. PLACE FRONT WHEELS FACING STRAIGHT AHEAD
13. INSTALL COLUMN HOLE COVER SILENCER SHEET See: Steering/Steering Column/Service and Repair/Removal and
Replacement/Installation
14. INSTALL FRONT WHEELS
Torque: 103 Nm (1050 kgf-cm, 76 ft-lbf)
15. STABILIZE SUSPENSION
(a) Lower the vehicle and bounce it up and down several times to stabilize the front suspension. Raise the vehicle.
16. FULLY TIGHTEN FRONT LOWER SUSPENSION ARM LH
