Access Mode Damper Control Cable.
A.
Remove the glove compartment.
a.
Remove the screw from the glove compartment door stopper sub-assembly.
b.
Deform the upper part of the glove compartment door assembly to release the stoppers.
c.
Pull the glove compartment door assembly upward to remove it.
3.
Remove Mode Damper Control Cable From Clamp.
A.
Turn the mode control switch to the face position.
B.
Lightly pull out on the retaining clamp.
C.
Push the cable up out of the clamp.
NOTE:
Be careful not to bend the cable wire. If the cable wire bends, the mode control adjustment cannot be completed correctly.
4.
Adjust Mode Damper Control Cable.
