Fuel Supply Line: Testing and Inspection
Inspecting Metal Fuel Lines
1. Examine all fuel hoses and lines for cracks and deterioration.
2. Examine metal lines for rust damage and structural damage caused by road hazards or accident.
3. Check all fuel fittings and gaskets at fuel filter and fuel rail for looseness or cracks.
4. Replace fuel hoses at prescribed maintenance intervals. Refer to MAINTENANCE PROCEDURES.
