Fan Shroud: Service and Repair
No. 1 Cooling Fan Assy Removal and Installation
REMOVAL
1. Remove engine under covers.
2. Drain engine coolant.
3. Remove air cleaner inlet.
4. Remove reservoir tank assembly.
5. Remove No. 1 cooling fan.
(a)
Disconnect the upper radiator hose from the radiator.
(b) Disconnect the cooling fan connector.
(c)
Remove the 2 bolts and cooling fan.
Torque: 7.0 Nm (70 kg.cm, 61 inch lbs)
INSTALLATION
Installation is in the reverse order of removal.
