Make sure that the length of the left and right tie rod ends length is the same. The rack end length difference should be 1.5 mm (0.059
inch) or less.
d. Tighten the tie rod end lock nuts to 47 Nm (35 ft. lbs.).
e. Place the boot on the seat and clip it.
NOTE: Make sure that the boots are not twisted.
7. Inspect the wheel angle.
The wheel angle maximum measurements are as follows.
Inside wheel: 35°45' ± 2° (35.75° ± 2°).
Outside wheel (reference): 32°05'(32.08°).
NOTE: If the wheel angles differ from the standard specifications, adjust the toe-in.
