2. Install the two grommets and brackets, and tighten the bolt and nut to 58 Nm (43 ft. lbs.).
3. Using the 09631 - 22020 SST, connect the pressure feed and return tubes and tighten them to 36 Nm (26 ft. lbs.).
NOTE:

Use a torque wrench with a fulcrum length of 300 mm (11.81 in.).

This torque value is effective in case that the SST is parallel to a torque wrench.
4. Connect the two vacuum hoses.
5. Connect the tube clamp and tighten the bolt to 5.4 Nm (48 inch lbs.).
6. Install the engine rear mount bracket as follows. If the vehicle has a manual transmission, tighten the three bolts to 48 Nm (35 ft. lbs.), and if it has
an automatic transmission, tighten the two bolts to 48 Nm (35 ft. lbs.).
7. Install the engine rear mount insulator and tighten the bolts as follows.
Tighten bolt A to 90 Nm (67 ft. lbs.).
Tighten bolt B to 78 Nm (58 ft. lbs.).
Tighten bolt C to 64 Nm (47 ft. lbs.).
8. Install the stabilizer bar.
9. Connect the sliding yoke.
10. Install the column hole cover and tighten the two bolts and nut to 4.9 Nm (43 inch lbs.).
11. Connect the right and left hand tie rod ends.
12. For vehicles with an airbag, position the front wheels facing straight ahead. Do it with the front of the vehicle jacked up.
13. For vehicles with an airbag, install the center spiral cable
14. For vehicles with an airbag, install the steering wheel by doing the following.
a. Align the matchmarks on the wheel and steering column main shaft.
b. Temporarily tighten the wheel set nut.
c. Connect the connector.
15. Bleed the power steering system.
16. Check the steering wheel center point.
17. For vehicles with an airbag, tighten the steering wheel set nut to 34 Nm (25 ft. lbs.).
18. For vehicles with an airbag, install the steering wheel pad.
19. Check the front wheel alignment.
