b. Set the drive shaft length to the standard. The standard lengths are as follows.
Right hand side: 784.4 +/- 5.0 mm (30.882 +/- 0.197 inch).
Left hand side: 554.1 +/- 5.0 mm (21.815 +/- 0.197 inch).
c. Place four new boot clamps to the two boots.
d. Bend the band, and lock it with a screwdriver.
8. For the right hand drive shaft, assemble the dynamic damper clamp by doing the following.
a. Make sure the damper is on the shaft groove.
b. Set the distance, as shown, it should measure 415.6 +/- 5.0 mm (16.362 +/- 0.197 inch).
c. Place a new dumper clamp to the dumper.
d. Bend the band and lock it in with a screwdriver the same procedure for the boot clamp assembly.
9. Using a snap ring expander, install a new snap ring to the inboard joint shaft.
10. Check the drive shaft.
