Fuel Pressure Release: Service Precautions
General Safety Precautions
PRECAUTIONS
1. Before working on the fuel system, disconnect the negative terminal from the battery.
NOTE: Any diagnosis code retained by the computer will be cleared when the battery terminal is removed. Therefore, if necessary, read the
diagnosis before removing the battery terminal.
2. When working on the fuel system, do not smoke or work near any fire hazard.
3. Keep gasoline off rubber or leather parts.
