Install RH delivery pipe with fuel injectors.
a. Install the three spacers with new O-rings into the intake manifold.
b. Install the two spacers on the delivery pipe mounting bolts.
c. Install the injectors into the delivery pipe.
d. Place the injectors with the RH delivery pipe to the intake manifold and torque the nuts to 13 Nm (9 ft lb).
7.
Install LH delivery pipe with fuel injectors.
a. Install the three spacers with new O-rings into the intake manifold.
b. Install the two spacers on the delivery pipe mounting bolts.
c. Install the injectors into the delivery pipe.
d. Place the injectors with the LH delivery pipe to the intake manifold and torque the nuts to 13 Nm (9 ft lb).
No. 3 Timing Belt Cover
8.
Install No. 3 timing belt cover with the six bolts and torque to 8.3 Nm (74 in lb).
No. 2 Idler Pulley Seal Packing Application
No. 2 Idler Pulley And No. 3 Timing Belt Cover
9.
Apply seal packing to the No. 2 idler pulley as shown in the illustration, and torque the four bolts to 18 Nm (13 ft lb).
