No. 4 Timing Belt Cover Removal

Install the No. 4 timing belt cover with the four bolts and torque to 8.3 Nm (74 in lb).
Installing No. 2 And 3 Fuel Pipes

Install the No. 2 fuel pipe with four new gaskets and two union bolts and torque the bolts to 29 Nm (22 ft lb).
12.
Install the No. 3 fuel pipe with four new gaskets and two union bolts and torque the bolts to 29 Nm (22 ft lb).
13.
Connect the vacuum hose the the BVSV.
14.
Connect the following connectors:
a. Injector connectors
b. RH ground strap for No. 3 camshaft bearing cap
c. Water temperature sender gauge connector
d. Water temperature switch connector
e. Start injector time switch connector
f.
No. 2 water temperature switch connector
g. Knock sensor connector.
Installing Air Intake Chamber
15.
Position a new gasket on the intake manifold, install air intake chamber and torque the six bolts and two nuts to 18 Nm (13 ft lb).
16.
Connect or install:
No. 1 Air Hose/Reed Valve
a. Connect the No. 1 air hose to the reed valve.
