c. Torque No. 1 idler pulley attaching bolt to specification.
Camshaft Timing Pulley Bolt Torque
d. Remove camshaft timing sprocket attaching bolts, then align the camshaft alignment pin holes and install the match pin and camshaft pulley
bolt.
e. Torque camshaft timing sprocket attaching bolt to 108 Nm (80 ft lb).
Installing Timing Belt Guide
f.
Install timing belt guide. Remove crankshaft pulley attaching bolt, then place belt guide onto the crankshaft timing sprocket with the cup side
facing outward.
No. 1 Timing Belt Cover Installation

Install the No. 1 timing belt cover and two gaskets with the 3 bolts. Torque the bolts to 5.4 Nm (48 in lb).
Fan Pulley Bracket Removal
6.
Install fan pulley bracket and gasket with the 4 bolts. Torque the bolts to 41 Nm (30 ft lb).
