(e) Secure the lock nut by bending one of the lock washer teeth inward and the other lock washer teeth outward.

7. INSTALL FREE WHEELING HUB

INSTALL FLANGE

(a) Place the gasket in position on the axle hub.
(b) Install the flange to the axle hub.
(c) Install six cone washers, plate washers and nuts. Torque the nuts.

Torque: 315 kg-cm (23 ft-lb, 31 N.m) 

(d) Install the bolt and cap.

8. INSTALL DISC BRAKE CYLINDER

a) Install the disc brake cylinder to the steering knuckle and torque the bolts.

Torque: 1,250 kg-cm (90 ft-lb, 123 N.m)

(b) Using SST, connect the brake tube - SST 09751-36011

Torque: 155 kg-cm (11 ft-lb, 15 N.m)
