2. Remove expansion valve.

INSPECTION OF EVAPORATOR

1. Inspect Evaporator Fins for Blockage

If the fins are clogged, clean them with compressed air.

NOTICE: Never use water to clean the evaporator.

2. Inspect Fittings for Cracks or Scratches

Repair as necessary.

ASSEMBLY OF EVAPORATOR

1. Install expansion valve

Connect the expansion valve to the evaporator, then torque the nut.

Torque: 55 kg-cm (48 in. lb, 5.4 Nm)

2. Install suction and liquid tubes.

Connect the suction and liquid tubes to the evaporator, then torque the bolt.

Torque: 55 kg-cm (48 in. lb, 5.4 Nm)

3. Install thermistor

INSTALLATION OF EVAPORATOR

1. Install evaporator on heater unit.
2. Install cover with two nuts and one bolt.
3. Connect suction and liquid tube.
