Radiator: Service and Repair
Removal and Installation
REMOVAL
1. Remove air duct.
2. Remove No. 1 engine under cover.
3. Drain engine coolant.
4. Disconnect A/T cooler hoses.
NOTE:

Be careful as some oil will leak. Catch it in a suitable container.

Plug the pipe to prevent oil from escaping.
5. Disconnect radiator outlet hose.
6. Disconnect Power Steering (PS) reservoir.
Remove the 2 bolts and disconnect the PS reservoir.
7. Disconnect radiator inlet and reservoir hoses.
8. Disconnect water bypass hose for throttle body.
9. Remove No. 1 and No. 2 radiator fan shrouds.
