4. DISCONNECT CABLE FROM NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL

NOTICE:
When disconnecting the cable, some systems need to be initialized after the cable is reconnected    See: Testing and
Inspection/Programming and Relearning.

HINT
Perform this step only when the Techstream cannot prohibit brake control.

5. CONNECT CONNECTOR

HINT
Perform the following step only when the Techstream cannot prohibit brake control.

(a) Connect the connector to the brake booster with master cylinder assembly.

NOTICE:

Make sure that the connector can be connected smoothly. Do not allow water, oil or dirt to enter.

Make sure that the connector lock is locked securely.

6. CONNECT CABLE TO NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL

7. BLEED BRAKE LINE   See: Brake Bleeding/Service and Repair

8. PERFORM INITIALIZATION AND CALIBRATION OF LINEAR SOLENOID VALVE

HINT
If the brake control has been disabled, make sure to perform initialization and calibration of the linear solenoid valve    See: Antilock
Brakes / Traction Control Systems/Testing and Inspection/Programming and Relearning/Initialization.

9. INSTALL REAR WHEEL

Torque : 103 Nm (1050 kgf-cm, 76 ft-lbf)
