Evaporator Temperature Sensor / Switch: Service and Repair
Removal

HEATING / AIR CONDITIONING: FRONT EVAPORATOR TEMPERATURE SENSOR: REMOVAL

1. REMOVE AIR CONDITIONING UNIT ASSEMBLY

2. REMOVE BLOWER ASSEMBLY   See: Blower Motor/Service and Repair/Removal and Replacement/Blower Unit/Removal

3. REMOVE COOLER EXPANSION VALVE   See: Housing Assembly HVAC/Service and Repair/Overhaul/Disassembly

4. REMOVE COOLER EVAPORATOR SUB-ASSEMBLY   See: Housing Assembly HVAC/Service and Repair/Overhaul/Disassembly

5. REMOVE NO. 1 COOLER THERMISTOR

(a) Remove the No. 1 cooler thermistor.
