Seat Belt Control Module: Service and Repair
Installation

PRE-COLLISION: SEAT BELT CONTROL ECU: INSTALLATION

1. INSTALL SEAT BELT CONTROL ECU

(a) Engage the 2 claws to install the seat belt control ECU.

2. INSTALL ECU INTEGRATION BOX RH

(a) Connect each connector.

(b) Install the ECU integration box RH with the bolt and 2 nuts.

3. INSTALL GLOVE COMPARTMENT DOOR ASSEMBLY   See: Body and Frame/Interior Moulding / Trim/Dashboard / Instrument

Panel/Service and Repair/Removal and Replacement/Lower Instrument Panel/Installation

4. CONNECT CABLE TO NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL

NOTICE:
When disconnecting the cable, some systems need to be initialized after the cable is reconnected    See: Testing and
Inspection/Programming and Relearning.

5. INSTALL REAR NO. 3 FLOOR BOARD   See: Body and Frame/Interior Moulding / Trim/Headliner/Service and Repair/Removal and

Replacement/Installation

6. INSTALL REAR DECK FLOOR BOX   See: Body and Frame/Interior Moulding / Trim/Headliner/Service and Repair/Removal and

Replacement/Installation

7. REMOVE REAR NO. 2 FLOOR BOARD (for Separate Type)   See: Body and Frame/Interior Moulding / Trim/Headliner/Service and

Repair/Removal and Replacement/Installation

8. INSPECT SRS WARNING LIGHT

(a) Inspect the SRS warning light    See: Air Bag Systems/Testing and Inspection/Initial Inspection and Diagnostic Overview/Diagnosis System.
