Hold the hexagon head portion of the exhaust camshaft with a wrench, and tighten the bolt. 
Torque: 54 Nm (550 kgf-cm, 40 ft. lbs.)

Check that the each sprocket aligned with the matchmarks as shown in the illustration.

Install the chain tensioner.

Recheck the valve clearance (See step 5).

Check the valve timing.
