2. DISCONNECT STABILIZER BAR LINK

Remove the bolt, and disconnect the stabilizer bar link from the shock absorber.
Torque: 44 Nm (450 kgf-cm, 32 ft. lbs.) 

HINT:  If the ball joint turns together with the nut, use a hexagon wrench (5 mm) to fix the stud.

3. DISCONNECT FLEXIBLE HOSE (AND ABS SPEED SENSOR WIRE HARNESS)

a. w/o ABS:

Remove the bolt, and disconnect the flexible hose from the shock absorber.
Torque: 18.5 Nm (190 kgf-cm, 14 ft. lbs.) 

b. w/ ABS:

Remove the bolt, and disconnect the flexible hose and ABS speed sensor wire from the shock absorber.
Torque: 18.5 Nm (190 kgf-cm, 14 ft. lbs.) 

4. REMOVE SHOCK ABSORBER WITH COIL SPRING

a. Loosen the 2 nuts at the lower side of the shock absorber.

Torque: 143 Nm (1,460 kgf-cm, 105 ft. lbs.) 

NOTICE:  Do not remove the 2 bolts.

b. Remove the 3 nuts of the suspension support.

Torque: 80 Nm (820 kgf-cm, 59 ft. lbs.) 

c. Remove the 2 bolts and 2 nuts at the lower side of the shock absorber.

HINT:  At the time of installation, coat the nut's threads with engine oil.

d. Remove the shock absorber with coil spring.

INSTALLATION 

Installation is in the reverse order of removal procedure. 

HINT:  After installation, check the front wheel alignment
