Toyota Workshop Service and Repair Manuals

a. Using SST(s), disconnect the 6 brake tubes from the actuator with bracket. 

SST 09023-00100 
Torque: 15 Nm (155 kgf-cm, 11 ft. lbs.)

b. Use tags or make memo to identify the places for reconnect.

3. REMOVE VSC ACTUATOR ASSEMBLY

a. Pull the lock lever upward.
b. Disconnect the actuator connector.

c. Remove the 2 bolts, nut and actuator from the actuator with bracket. 

Torque: 19 Nm (194 kgf-cm, 14 ft. lbs.)

NOTICE:  Be careful not to damage the brake tubes.

4. REMOVE VSC ACTUATOR

Remove the 2 nuts and actuator from the actuator bracket. 
Torque: 5.4 Nm (55 kgf-cm, 48 in. lbs.)

5. REMOVE 2 CUSHION BOLTS AND 2 CUSHIONS

INSTALLATION
Installation procedures are removal in reverse order.
