Repair Procedure
1. Remove the affected sunvisor assembly.
Refer to the Technical Information System (TIS) applicable model year RAV4 Repair Manual:
2006 (to 01/2006) / 2006 (from 01/2006) / 2007 /2008 / 2009 / 2010 RAV4:
Vehicle Interior - Interior Panels/Trim - "Interior: Roof Headlining: Removal"
2. Straighten the roof sheet metal where the visor clips contact the roof.
