Applicability

Introduction

Some Highlander, Matrix, and RAV4 vehicles may intermittently exhibit a "no crank" condition. The engine can usually be started after moving the shift
lever to the Neutral position or by cycling the shift lever in and out of the Park position. A revised neutral start switch assembly is available to address
this condition.

Warranty Information

APPLICABLE WARRANTY

^ This repair is covered under the Toyota Comprehensive Warranty. This warranty is in effect for 36 months or 36,000 miles, whichever occurs first,

from the vehicle's in-service date.

^ Warranty application is limited to occurrence of the specified condition described in this bulletin.
