a. Remove the plug. 
b. Remove the O-ring from plug. 
c. Remove the 8 bolts and transfer valve body assembly. 
d. Remove the transfer valve body gasket.

2. Remove transfer case gaskets and valve body strainer.

3. Remove transfer control solenoid. 

a. Disconnect the solenoid connector. 
b. Remove the bolt and solenoid wire. 
c. Remove the O-ring from solenoid wire.

d. Remove the 2 bolts and solenoid. 
e. Remove the O-ring from solenoid.

4. Remove transfer lower valve body. 

a. Remove the 6 bolts and transfer lower valve body. 
b. Remove the 2 gaskets and plate from the transfer upper valve body.
